High turnout in time of COVID-19 shows unshaken commitment from CTP and EQUIOS Workflow customers.<\/em><\/p>\n

Demand for CTP equipment and workflow software in the EMEA region bounced back over the summer and into autumn, SCREEN Europe\u2019s distributors reported at the 8th<\/sup> edition of SCREEN\u2019s annual EQUIOS event in November. This follows on from the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in March and April when most industries came to a virtual standstill.<\/p>\n

From the Nordics to South Africa, and Spain to Israel, dozens of SCREEN distributors joined the event online to familiarize themselves with the latest updates on SCREEN\u2019s proven EQUIOS V8.0 Workflow in their markets.<\/p>\n

Optimistic outlook<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe were thrilled to hear a message of resilience from customers, and optimism around where most markets are heading,\u201d says Ali Safavi, Manager at SCREEN Europe and responsible for the EQUIOS PT-R and CTP product range in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, Africa).<\/p>\n

As many as 22 representatives from 14 countries in the EMEA region came together remotely for the two-day event, and attested to the resilience of our industry. After business activities came to a near standstill in March and April, SCREEN distributors saw a remarkable rebound, with sales of SCREEN CTP products picking up in markets as varied as the Baltic States and Italy, Safavi adds.<\/p>\n
