The black-and-white output can be optimally combined with our classic offset-printing presses. The combination of these technologies gives Group Joos the opportunity to enter new markets quickly and flexibly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Joos adds: \u201cThis high-speed inkjet press offers a wide range of possibilities, ranging from data printing, including personalised pre-printed direct mail, to on-demand printing such as books, patient information inserts for packaged medication, manuals, and catalogues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The SCREEN Truepress Jet 520HD mono high-speed inkjet press \u2013 with its water-based SC inks \u2013 prints directly on coated offset paper, without the need for a primer. Its energy-efficient drying takes place 100% with near infrared, which preserves the paper\u2019s natural moisture balance, and, in finishing, ensures a high-quality end product.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe advantage of inkjet technology is that it shortens time-to-market for our customers, by eliminating several process steps, and enables printing variable content,\u201d says Joos. \u201cIn addition, the technology fits with our zero-waste approach, as it helps us reduce our own carbon footprint and that of our customers.
