Offermann has over 20 years\u2019 experience in inkjet technology.<\/p>\n<p>Tony Gill has been appointed as Regional Service Manager and will take responsibility for Screen Europe\u2019s customer support and service in the UK &amp; Ireland, MEA, Spain, Portugal and France. He will look after a wide range of services, from installation and training, hardware and software upgrades to preventative maintenance of Screen\u2019s high-end inkjet systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cScreen always strives for customer service of the highest standards. The expansion of our excellent support team reflects the exponential growth Screen Europe has experienced in the German-speaking market and elsewhere in Europe in the past few years\u201d, says Steve Low, Vice President Service &amp; Support Screen Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The German speaking DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is one of Screen Europe\u2019s most important, with a strong market for its high-end innovative products such as the Truepress Jet520HD and the Truepress Jet L350UV series inkjet label presses. Screen expects further growth here and in other European markets as the shift to inkjet printing continues to drive demand for its top-of-the-range inkjet systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith his excellent expertise and experience, Mario will be invaluable to our customers and us\u201d, said Steve Low. Before joining Screen, Offermann worked as inkjet specialist at Agfa and as color management and proofing expert at Koller AG in Switzerland. He will operate from Screen\u2019s hub in Germany from where he will also support other markets, including the Benelux.<\/p>\n<p>Tony Gill has decades of experience in printing technology. He joined Screen 20 years ago and, before being appointed in the new role of Regional Service Manager, worked as Screen\u2019s Application Team Leader Europe.
